Suite 1 – Accessible Bedroom Suite

Suite 1 is a comfortable and accessible bedroom suite designed to provide a relaxing stay.

Suite Features

• Wide doorways at the room entrance and bathroom for easier accessibility.
• Large window with a beautiful garden view (please note that this suite does not have a veranda).
• Private kitchenette equipped with:
• Refrigerator
• Microwave
• Essential kitchen utensils
• Please note: there is no stove inside the bedroom suites.

Breakfast (Optional)

We offer a fresh homemade breakfast for an additional cost of €10.00 per person, per day.

If you would like to add breakfast to your reservation, please inform us in advance.

Our beautiful Mediterranean-style house offers:

• 8 bedroom suites and 1 Alcove Studio
• A 10-car garage and additional outdoor parking for guests
• A fully equipped shared main kitchen with all necessary appliances for preparing full meals
• A kitchen island where family and friends can gather while cooking
• A large dining table with seating for 8 guests
• Two spacious living rooms with comfortable sofas and Smart TV
• A shared bathroom in the common living area
• Covered BBQ area
• Large swimming pool, deck, and lounge chairs
• Beautiful garden and a small pond
• Plenty of space to relax and enjoy quality time with family and friends

Guest Access

Guests will have full access to their private bedroom suite, including the kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, and necessary utensils.

Guests are also welcome to use all shared areas, including the main kitchen, dining area, living rooms, BBQ area, pool, and outdoor spaces.

For your convenience and to ensure proper house maintenance, we have onsite staff available six days a week (Monday through Saturday).

Please note that, depending on the staff rotation, some team members may not speak fluent English. However, we will always do our best to assist you with any requests.
